If you’re wondering whether you’re eating the right things for your health, I’ll be able to help you look at your current habits and suggest ways you could improve. No strict diets from me though, just practical user friendly suggestions based on the information I’ll be able to give you.

Injury Management

If life throws you an injury while you’re a client of mine, I’ll be able to give you some general guidelines on how to help it improve, and hopefully keep you training while it heals.

Body Massage

As part of a holistic approach to well being, I’m also trained in Swedish therapeutic body massage. This can be a relaxing addition to complement your training sessions, or may be a useful gift for a friend or relative. Body massage gift vouchers are available.
