Personal Training
After finding out a little
bit about you, your aims and requirements, and likes
and dislikes, I will assess your current level of
fitness and suggest the best way of achieving your
goals.
Your fitness programme will include cardiovascular,
resistance and flexibility training, designed with
your preferences, objectives and current level of
fitness in mind.
| Resistance
exercise is to tone up muscle and increase
core strength. We might use all or any of these:
weights, resistance bands, fitball, medicine
balls, flexi-bar,
strength balls, your own body weight, yoga style
exercises and balance discs. Cardiovascular exercise is for your heart and lungs and its job is to increase your breathing rate – i.e. it makes you puff! Things we could do include running, jogging, power walking, cycling, stepping, skipping, fitness boxing (with pads), trampette and T-bow. |
